Plain terms.
Your accounts stay yours.

Foundry is sold by Better Apps, LLC. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms. Updated October 2, 2026.

Plans and billing

Foundry is a monthly or yearly subscription priced per iPhone: Solo covers 1 iPhone and 1 Mac, Rack up to 8 iPhones and 2 Macs, Studio up to 30 iPhones and 5 Macs. Accounts on those iPhones are not counted. Prices are in US dollars and billed in advance through Stripe. Plan limits are enforced by your license key.

Free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free. A card is required to start. Until the first public download is available, your trial does not run: the 7 days start on the day the download opens; your dashboard shows the date. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, your first charge happens when the trial ends.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then stops renewing. Switching plans or moving to yearly is prorated.

First post guarantee and refunds

If you can't get your first post out with a receipt within 14 days of your first charge, we refund that charge in full. Ask through support within that window. Outside the guarantee, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Founding 50

The FOUNDING50 code gives the first 50 subscribers 50% off for as long as that subscription stays active. It can be redeemed through October 31, 2026. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the discount does not carry over.

What you provide

You bring the Mac, the iPhones, the social accounts, connectivity, any Apple developer fees, and the content. Foundry does not rent accounts, write content, or promise views, reach, followers, or revenue.

Your accounts and your authority

You keep your credentials. Foundry never asks for or stores social account passwords, and it does not bypass CAPTCHA, two-factor prompts, platform checkpoints, passkeys, or biometric security. Those stay with you.

Platform rules and content

You are responsible for owning or licensing what you post, for your accounts' standing, and for following Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube rules. Platforms change their apps and policies; we keep Foundry working with them but can't guarantee any platform's continued availability.

License

Your subscription grants a non-transferable license to run Foundry on the number of iPhones and Macs your plan covers, for your own accounts or the accounts you are authorized to operate. Don't share, resell, or circumvent your license key.

No warranty and liability

Foundry is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Better Apps, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, lost reach, or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change prices or these terms, we'll tell subscribers at least 14 days before it affects them.
