What Foundry keeps, and where.
Your social passwords and your videos never leave your phones and your Mac. Updated October 2, 2026.
Checkout and license
Checkout, cards and billing run on Stripe; we never see your card number. We keep the email, plan and subscription status Stripe gives us so we can issue and renew your license key. For each Mac you activate, the license stores an anonymous id for that Mac, the name you give it and how many iPhones it runs, so we can count seats.
Your dashboard
The dashboard only shows what your Mac sends it. When you connect it, your Mac uploads a read-only summary of your rack about every five minutes: phone names and models, account handles, the posting plan with topics and captions, when each post went out and what was checked afterwards, warm-up counts, and view counts if you connect view tracking. It is stored with your license and shown only to someone signed in with your key or an access code you made. Stop the sync and the dashboard stops updating.
What never leaves your Mac and phones
Your social passwords, codes and passkeys: you sign in on the phone yourself and Foundry never sees them. Your video files. The screenshots Foundry takes while it works, and the full receipt files.
Launch list and support
The launch list stores your email and sends one message on launch day. Support requests store your email and what you type. Never include a password or a one-time code.
Our own rack on the homepage
The numbers on the homepage are our own rack's counts. No customer data appears on the site.
