How a post runs

The steps Foundry takes for every post, what it checks, and the receipt it writes.

The steps

  • Your agent hands Foundry the video, the caption, the account and the time.
  • The clip goes into the phone's camera roll and the official app opens on the right account.
  • Foundry picks the clip, types the caption and reads it back from the screen before sharing.
  • After sharing, it checks the result: the profile's post count on Instagram, the channel's public feed on YouTube, and TikTok's own "Video posted" screen.

The receipt

Every post leaves a record on your Mac: a receipt file for each Reel and TikTok, and a line in that day's YouTube check for each Short. Your dashboard shows the result next to each post.

When a post fails

Foundry only taps what it has read on the screen, and it clears the usual interruptions itself: app update alerts, tracking and Photos prompts, promo sheets, the ask to share to Facebook too.

A post that fails before it goes out is tried again on the same phone 20 minutes later (YouTube gets a third try), and the other phones keep posting. A post whose button was pressed but can't be confirmed is never sent again, so nothing double-posts.

Every failure saves its screenshots and log for your agent, and shows up under Issues in your dashboard with the fix to hand over. A passcode, 2FA code or platform checkpoint is the one thing that waits for a person.
